Summary
DTSF1353/DSSF1353 Three phase static multi-rate energy meter is designed by using advanced special measuring chip, modern multi-tariff technology, digital sampling technology and SMT manufacturing technique.
DTSF1353/DSSF1353 Three phase static multi-rate energy meter conforms to CEI IEC62052-11-2003 Electricity metering equipment (a.c.)General requirements, tests and test conditions part 11: metering equipment; CEI IEC 62053-21-2003 Electricity metering equipment (a.c.)particular requirements part 21: static meters for active energy (class 1 and 2)equipment, GB/T15248-2002 Special requirements on multi-rate energy meter and DL/T645-1997 multi-function communication protocol.
Functions and features
- Positive and negative active energy measuring(negative energy can be counted into positive energy)in TOU,12 month data can be stored, time of data storing can be set at any time of any day(automatic reading day)within 1st-28th day in a month, the default is at zero o’clock of 1st day in every month.
- Calendar, time and leap year’s automatic switch; 4 tariffs, 10 time segments and 2 time zones can be set
- Meter reading and programming can achieved with HHU or PC via RS485 port
- LCD display(backlight is optional); measurement range:0～999999.99kwh
- Parameter scroll display
- Active impulse output with impulse width 80±20ms
- Broadcast time synchronization
- Real-time power display(average active power in a minute), max demand at present and in last month with their occurring time
- Programming prohibited and reset function
- Phase break down and voltage missing record
